Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Daniel Adi Meshulam ("we", "us") about the game Carvas ("the game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read them with you. Google Play's own terms also apply to getting the game from Google Play.
1. Your license to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, remove notices, or use cheats, bots or modified versions of it.
2. Coins, boosters and other in-game items
Coins, boosters, stars, streaks and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no value outside it, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, and cannot be transferred. They are stored on your device, so they are lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data. We may change how they work as we improve the game.
3. Purchases
Coin packs and "No ads" are sold through Google Play and are governed by Google Play's terms and refund policies, in addition to any rights you have under the law of your country. Any purchase also turns off the ads shown between levels; videos you choose to watch for a reward stay available. Coins you buy are in-game items as described in section 2.
4. Ads
The game shows ads served by third parties such as Google AdMob. We do not choose individual ads and are not responsible for advertisers' products, services or websites. Rewarded ads are optional. How ads use data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Ownership
The game, its levels, pictures, code and design belong to us or our licensors. Art, music, sounds, fonts and software made by others are used under their licenses, listed in the game's Credits. Nothing in these terms transfers any of these rights to you.
6. The game is provided "as is"
We work to make the game fun and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or that saved progress will never be lost.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or in-game items, arising from the game. Our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing.
8. Your legal rights stay yours
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be changed by agreement, such as consumer protection laws in your country.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date; continuing to play after that means you accept it. You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the game.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
